Since the Covid-19 pandemic began, people have experienced stress, declining health, and loneliness more than ever. We understand because we have gone through the same situation! This is why we feel this program is SO important and we want to help others feeling the same way.

Our 12 Week MIND.BODY MAKEOVER Challenge has been designed to address multiple areas of your health:

  • Physical fitness

    • All participants will receive an exercise plan to follow that includes cardiovascular workouts and strength training to help you lose unwanted fat and pounds, gain strength, and increase metabolism resulting in a slimmer, trimmer, and stronger body.

  • Nutritional guidance 

    • You will receive a nutrition plan---with macros, calories, and portions---that’s personalized for your body, eating preferences, and goals. 

    • Ongoing support for tackling eating habits that you struggle with.

  • Mental wellness 

    • To help you cope with life’s stressors, we will provide introductions to mindfulness techniques and practices that you can carry with you long after the program ends.

  • Social wellness

    • Friendship and belonging. You will be a part of a group with similar goals that meets together regularly to provide the support, encouragement, and accountability you need to stay the course...and keep you coming back for more!

  • What’s more?

    • A private Facebook group to share, ask questions, and receive ongoing information and motivation about exercise, nutrition, and mindset practices.

    • A designated in-person coach assigned to your specific group who can help you through the process.

    • Personal consultations to gather measurements, take photos, and identify goals. 

    • Access to our small group fitness classes that include boxing fitness, Strong! by Zumba, circuit training, and body pump.

    • FREE general membership (to non-members) for the duration of the program.

    • Two Parties! A Kick-off party and a Celebration Party where you will intermingle with participants and coaches.

How much does this cost?

  • The cost of this 12 week program is just $20/week, a total of $240.

  • If needed, two payments of $120 will be accepted via automatic debit and your 2nd payment will be auto-drafted 30 days from purchase date.
