Member of the Year - 2017

At her heaviest at age 40, Michele lost 60 total pounds and almost 15% body fat. By her 42nd birthday she was celebrating her success! She has a high level of self confidence and always speaks words of encouragement to other clients. Michele says that having a coach has been the biggest factor in her journey to a creating a healthier and better version of herself. She also attends several of our group classes between workouts.

Dedication & Consistency

Evers made a commitment to himself by working consistently with Donnie as his personal training coach. He lost 40 pounds and gained a great physique with guided weight training and proper nutrition.

Step Out of Your Comfort Zone

Robert came to Donnie with a goal of being in a bodybuilding contest, which he had never done before. With guidance from Donnie who has experience in this sport, he developed muscle mass and definition, lost body fat to give him a lean build, and gained major confidence to compete in his first show.  Robert stepped out of his comfort zone to do something he'd never done before, and we are so proud that he did!

Operation Shred Champion

Dave is your normal 50+ year old male who practices law. He sat as his desk for years and was stressed out.  He came to us with little muscle mass and knew he needed help to get healthy and fit.  Dave hired one of our coaches to whip him in shape. By the looks of this picture you can see what happened. His self esteem is through the roof and has new goals he is crushing every day.

Confidence Boost!

Stacy came to the gym with extremely low confidence in herself. Once she began training with Donnie, not only did she lose 40 pounds, but she gained major confidence and a new perspective in life. She has carried her exercise and nutrition habits with her a continues to have a positive attitude as she navigates life as a single mom. We are so proud of Stacy!

Persistence Pays Off!

Mark overcame many obstacles during his journey. Neck and shoulder issues could have keep him down but he refused to quit. With modifications, we were able to maintain the course. Mark lost over 20 pounds and 10% body fat. He tied for first place in one of our 12 Week Transformation Challenges.

From Chunk to Champ

Scott had come to a crossroads in his life and wanted help. He really wanted to enter the body building world. After our initial meeting, Scott decided to make a commitment to his goal of competing. He won 2nd place! Scott is a very busy superintendent of a major construction company and a husband and father of 6 kids. If he can make time to do it, so can you!

Body Composition is Key

Here is a classic example of

body fat loss versus weight loss.  Todd only lost 4 pounds of body weight but lost 10% body fat.  Body composition is the name of the game Losing fat is what it's all about. Lift weights, eat properly, show up to each session and BELIEVE in YOURSELF.

Progress, Not Perfection

From our 12 week New Body Makeover challenge, Dee lost 20 pounds and almost 10% bodyfat. She also lost a total of 19 inches all over.  Dee moved away, but we sure hope she continues her journey of fitness!
